Straps with an over-center buckle An over-center buckle mechanism is used to secure the strap when using a strap with an over-center buckle. It is possible that they are more difficult to use than ratchet buckle or cam buckle straps, but they are extremely durable and effective at securing cargo.

There are a variety of different variations of E track straps available on the market today in addition to the common styles that were mentioned earlier. The following is a selection of additional styles of E track straps that you might want to take into consideration:

Double E Track Straps: These straps are designed to provide additional support for loads that are either particularly heavy or disproportionately sized. They are made up of two separate straps that are connected to each other and to the E track system by means of a central ring or hook. Both of these straps are attached to the E track. Double tie down straps are an excellent choice for securing items such as building materials, large machinery, or other sorts of loads that are particularly weighty.

Tent Straps: These straps have been developed specifically for the purpose of securing tents and other pieces of outdoor gear while they are being transported. In order to accommodate the bulkier nature of tents and other related equipment, they typically feature a wider strap width and a thicker buckle than their counterparts.
