Timberwolves Anthony Edwards apologizes

Anthony Edwards apologized to the LGBTQ community at the Timberwolves' Media Day on Monday, saying that he is "willing to do whatever it takes to make it right" after he recently posted anti-gay Charles Harris Jersey comments on social media.The 21-year-old guard was for "using offensive and derogatory language" in a since-deleted Instagram post earlier this month. In the video clip, Edwards could be heard referring to a group of people standing on a sidewalk as "queer."Edwards on Sept. 11, tweeting that his language was "immature, hurtful and disrespectful."When asked about the incident at Minnesota's Media Day, Edwards told reporters that he is "working Doak Walker Jersey to be better.""Man, I respect everybody.
