My coming back to Elden Ring will start with me assuming the role of the Witcher

By recasting my Tarnished as a Witcher, I can guarantee that Elden Ring will continue to be useful throughout the entirety of this year. After a few successful runs against Elden Ring, I tried a wide variety of different builds, ranging from blood-spamming dex scrubs to faithful knights, and I found that I enjoyed each and every one of them. In particular, I found that the blood-spamming dex scrubs were a lot of fun. Because the second half of 2022 was packed with the release of game after game after game, which left me with very little free time, I was unable to continue my exploration of the Lands Between. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Since I now have more space, I'm going to get right back into it without any hesitation. However, this time around I've decided to give things a little bit of a shake up by taking on the role of a Witcher. If there's one thing I know about Elden Ring, it's that it has a lot of monsters for me to take out. I'm excited to put my skills to the test in this endeavor. To put it another way, I do not have a large number of potential customers who are interested in purchasing it from me.

It was not too difficult to put the structure together; in total, you will need two swords; one will be used against people, and the other will be used against monsters. In the lingo of the Elden Ring, this indicates that I am armed with a broadsword for the purpose of combating monsters and a falchion for the purpose of combating invaders. My understanding is that when people are mentioned in this context, they are referring to other players (or AI invaders pretending to be players), not to humanoid enemies. If you had to have a mental discussion about which sword you should use before each fight, things would start to become a little repetitive after a while. When you take into consideration the fact that some knights appear to be undead or mutated in some way, this becomes even more apparent.

When it comes to the signs, I haven't quite figured out the spells for all of them just yet, but I do have Igni, Aard, and Quen under control

  • Rejection is what I use for Aard, Catch Flame and Flame Sling are what I use for Igni, and Immutable Shield is what I use for Quen, with the intention of also using Immutable Shield for Quen

  • Because this is a Witcher build, I'm limiting myself to these particular spells and incantations in order to keep things in line with the canon of the game

  • These generally capture the essence of each sign

  • My Tarnished will not engage in magical practice or the summoning of portals because I never observed Geralt doing either of those things

Even though you could make the argument that simply playing Elden Ring from beginning to end constitutes hunting monsters and, as a result, fits the build and play style of The Witcher, I'm going to take it one step further than that. Dragons are off limits to me because Witchers aren't permitted to hunt them, and the majority of the time I'm working for Gurranq, who is the Beast Clergyman. I'd rather avoid them. You can find him hanging out in Caelid, in the area known as the Bestial Sanctum. You can get Deathroot by killing monsters, and in exchange for bringing it to him, he will give you various rewards. At this point, this is essentially what my response is going to be to the Witcher contracts.

I'm not going to get involved in any of the major storylines, such as Ranni's or the Two Fingers', because Witchers don't get involved in politics (or shouldn't, despite everything that Geralt does), and because of that, I won't be affected by any of the major storylines that are unfolding. I'm just a simple Witcher trying to make some money in this dystopian society's hellhole of a society. As a consequence of this, I will spend the majority of my time looking for deathroot and eliminating optional bosses and monsters, respectively. This is a good way for me to explore the Lands Between and take in everything that it has to offer after spending my most recent playthroughs searching for different endings and fighting major bosses. Discovering the Lands Between in this manner allows one to make the most of their time there by taking advantage of all the opportunities available.

The very last thing that is required for a good Witcher is potions, in addition to a place to call home. This concludes our look at the requirements for a good Witcher. Ideally, one would have a stronghold. The first thing I did was make my way to the Third Church of Marika so that I could buy a flask of wondrous physick there. I did a few things right away, and this was one of them. Even though I haven't yet completed my investigation into all of the various permutations, I plan to make use of this information to recreate some of The Witcher's most well-known potions, such as Swallow and Thunderbolt. I intend to reclaim Fort Haight as my personal residence and use it as a base of operations, with the majority of my time spent here being spent crafting various items. I will use this location as a base of operations. Using the menu, you can do it anywhere, but treating it like Kaer Morhen's laboratory will make the Witcher experience that much more powerful.

The level of customization available in Elden Ring is one of the game's strongest points, and it's something that's been present in previous Soulsborne titles as well. This high level of customization, which makes it possible to create absurdly one-of-a-kind runs like this one, is one of the reasons why Elden Ring is considered to be one of the best games in the series. It's possible that I annihilated hundreds of enemies across the Lands Between in 2022, including players and non-players alike, but now I'm doing it with a new purpose, and that's what's keeping Elden Ring interesting, despite the fact that I've put over 400 hours into the game. Let's raise a glass to another 400 hours of gameplay because I'll be going back to Elden Ring in 2023 and playing the part of a witcher. Regarding the aforementioned topics
